After that in 2005, a network of ~120 permanent GPS stations named Iranian Permanent GPS Network (IPGN) has been installed to complete the campaign GPS networks already existing in Iran. Thanks to all campaign and continuous GPS sites, there are many geodetic velocity vectors indicating kinematic behavior of the crust at their positions. Now, the main question is about geodetic velocity for any other arbitrary station. Evidently, the best reliable solution is installing more GPS stations and recording satellite signals, which need considerable cost and time. Another solution, which could be an appropriate alternative, is applying some modern and smart estimation methods such as “Artificial Neural Networks (ANN)”. The main advantages of ANN method are capability learning of networks, parallel processing and computation flexibility. Based on 42 GPS velocity vectors existing in NW Iran, we estimated new velocity vectors for some arbitrary positions in study area by using two estimation methods: “Back Propagation Artificial Neural Networks (BPANN)” and “Collocation”. This estimation was run in 2 models including 2 different reference stations but the same check points. The results from model 1 (with fewer reference points) showed BPANN’s RMSE in E and N components is ±2 mm and ±3.5 mm respectively, which is less than Collocation’s RMSE. The results from model 2 (with more reference points) showed BPANN’s RMSE in E and N components increased to ±1 mm and ±1.5 mm respectively. Therefore, it seems BPANN method could be considered as a good alternative to estimate geodetic velocity field relative to other classical estimation methods.}, keywords = {GPS,Geodetic Point Velocity,Back Propagation,Artificial Neural Networks}, title_fa = {برآورد سرعت نقاط مجازی ژئودتیک بر پایه الگوریتم پس‌انتشار خطای شبکه‌های عصبی مصنوعی (مطالعه موردی: منطقه شمال باختر ایران)}, abstract_fa = {مطالعات ژئودینامیک در ایران به‌طور جدی از سال 1377 با استقرار شبکه‌های موردی GPS برای پایش تغییرات پوسته زمین آغاز شد. پس از استقرار شبکه ژئودینامیک سراسری در سال 1385، هر ساله میدان سرعت ایستگاه‌های دائمی GPS این شبکه توسط سازمان نقشه‌برداری کشور محاسبه و گزارش می‌شود. برای تولید سرعت نقاط ژئودتیک در هر نقطه دلخواه دیگر، به دلیل تراکم پایین ایستگاه‌های دائمی  GPSکشور، نیاز به ایستگاه‌های جدید با مشاهدات بیشتر یا استفاده از روش‌های مدرن و هوشمند است. از آنجاکه ایجاد ایستگاه‌های جدید مستلزم صرف هزینه و زمان زیاد است، بنابراین به‌کارگیری روش‌های تخمین می‌تواند جایگزین مناسبی قلمداد شود. از جمله این روش‌ها می‌توان شبکه‌های عصبی مصنوعی را نام برد. مهم‌ترین  مزیت‌های این روش یادگیری شبکه‌ها، پردازش موازی و انعطاف‌پذیری محاسبات است. بدین منظور در این پژوهش، با انتخاب 42 ایستگاه دائمی GPS در شمال باختر کشور، میدان سرعت منطقه با دو روش تخمین "پس‌انتشار خطای شبکه‌های عصبی مصنوعی" و "کالوکیشن" در دو مدل متفاوت برآورد و مقایسه شدند. نتایج حاصل نشان می‌دهند در مدل اول با تراکم ایستگاه‌های مرجع کمتر روش "پس‌انتشار خطای شبکه‌های عصبی مصنوعی" با جذر خطای میانگین مربعی در حدود 2±  میلی‌متر خاوری، 5/3 ±  میلی‌متر شمالی به علت دارا بودن جذر خطای میانگین مربعی کمتر، نسبت به روش "کالوکیشن" برتری دارد. همچنین در مدل دوم"پس‌انتشار خطای شبکه‌های عصبی مصنوعی" دارای جذر خطای میانگین مربعی در حدود  1± میلی‌متر خاوری، 5/1±  میلی‌متر شمالی بوده و روشی جایگزین برای تخمین میدان سرعت نسبت به روش‌های تخمین کلاسیک است.}, keywords_fa = {GPS,سرعت نقاط ژئودتیک,پس‌انتشار خطا,شبکه‌های عصبی مصنوعی}, url = {http://www.gsjournal.ir/article_42155.html}, eprint = {http://www.gsjournal.ir/article_42155_7c23818870aec05655ce88f173edefff.pdf} }
