According to mineralogical studies, phosphate ore (Collophane 28.13%), sedimentary mineral and the predominant constituents of the gangues were Calcite (43.53%), Quartz and Dolomite (4.65%). Main composition of phosphate rock were P2O5 (11.9% wt), CaO (36.36% wt), SiO2 (24.49% wt) and MgO (1.01% wt). Microscopic studies showed that apatite pletts had inclusions of Calcite and Quartz (about 15-70 microns). Content of inclusions was considerable. Mineralogy texture is very complicated. Liberation degree determined by grain counting (with optic microscope) and sink and float test methods. From The results of liberation degree studies can be inferred that in dimension about 140 microns about 96% of phosphate particles librated. In desliming step about 8.2% of total phosphate was removed. Optimum grinding time to reaching liberation of phosphate particles was obtained about 10 min and 30 second. Organic material determined by heating method (about 1.66% wt). Scanning electron microscopy studies showed that inclusions and organic materials existed. Specific gravity of phosphate particles and gangues difference was low. Based on the mentioned studies, effective method for processing of phosphate minerals from carbonate and silicate impurities is suggested flotation method.}, keywords = {phosphate,Liberation Degree,Microscope,Flotation,Sink and Float and Grinding Time}, title_fa = {مطالعه و بررسی خواص سنجی فسفات منطقه دلیر از دیدگاه فرآوری}, abstract_fa = {در این پژوهش بررسی‌های خواص سنجی از دیدگاه فرآوری بر روی نمونه‌های فسفات رسوبی منطقه دلیر بررسی شد. بر اساس بررسی‌های کانی‌شناسی کانی فسفاتی موجود در کانسنگ از نوع کانی‌های رسوبی و کلوفان (13/28%) است و کلسیت (53/43%)، کوارتز (49/24%) و دولومیت (65/4%) عمده کانی‌های باطله هستند. عمده‌ترین ترکیبات کانسنگ P2O5 (9/11%)، CaO (36/36%)، SiO2 (49/24%) و MgO (01/1%) هستند. پلت‌های آپاتیت دارای میان‌بارهای با ابعاد حدود 70- 15 میکرون کوارتز و کلسیت بوده و میزان این میان‌بارها نیز قابل توجه است. بافت کانی‌شناسی نیز بسیار پیچیده است. درجه آزادی بر اساس بررسی‌های میکروسکوپی و غرق و شناورسازی حدود 140 میکرون به دست آمد. حدود 2/8% از کل فسفات در بخش نرمه‌گیری خردایش اتلاف شد. مدت زمان بهینه برای رسیدن به درجه آزادی تقریباً زمان 10 دقیقه و 30 ثانیه حاصل شد. میزان مواد آلی (ارگانیکی) که بر اساس روش حرارتی به دست آمد، حدود (66/1%) است بررسی‌های میکروسکوپ الکترونی نیز وجود میان‌بارها و مواد آلی را نشان داد. اختلاف وزن مخصوص کانی فسفاتی با باطله‌ها پایین است. با توجه به مسائل بیان شده، پیش‌بینی می‌شود که تنها به روش فلوتاسیون بتوان کانی‌ فسفاتی را از کانی‌های کربناتی و سیلیکاتی جدا نمود.  }, keywords_fa = {فسفات,درجه‌آزادی,میکروسکوپ,فلوتاسیون,غرق و شناورسازی و زمان خردایش}, url = {http://www.gsjournal.ir/article_54998.html}, eprint = {http://www.gsjournal.ir/article_54998_813453cb3fe295603cdfb901049b0f89.pdf} }
