The environmental investigation of potentially toxic elements (V, Ag, Se, Ni, Pb, As, Cr, Co, Cd, Cu, Fe, Mo, Mn, Sn, Sb, Bi and Zn) in the greenhouse cultivated soils of the Bagher-Abad area, Jiroft is the main objective of this study. After preliminary field investigations, 20 soil samples were collected by mean of composite method. Collected samples were analyzed using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method at the Labwest laboratory, Perth, Australia. The results were discussed using statistical methods and environmental indices with respect to the natural background and worldwide concentrations of target elements. The data showed that only Zn, Cd, Mo, As and in some cases Sb have medium enrichment in the investigated soils. For some of the selected soils the bioavailability or solubility of target elements was determined using 0.005M DTPA leaching solution. Among the investigated elements Cd and Zn showed the maximum bioavailable fraction corresponding to the medium to high risk assessment codes. Antimony is the only trace element that showed poor enrichment (39.3 µg/L) in the irrigation water used for the target greenhouse soils.}, keywords = {Potentially toxic elements,Soil,greenhouse cultivation,DTPA single extraction method}, title_fa = {بررسی توزیع عناصر بالقوه سمی و اهمیت زیست محیطی آنها در خاک های گلخانه ای شهرستان جیرفت، استان کرمان}, abstract_fa = {انباشت عناصر بالقوه سمی در خاکهای کشاورزی با کشت های گلخانه ای یکی از نگرانی های زیست محیطی جدی است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش ارزیابی زیست محیطی عناصر بالقوه سمی ( Ag، As، Bi، Cd، Co، Cr، Cu، Fe، Mn، Mo، Ni، Sb، Sn، Se، Pb، V و Zn) در خاک های با کشت گلخانه ای منطقه باقرآباد جیرفت، استان کرمان می باشد. پس از مطالعات اولیه و بازدید های میدانی، تعداد 20 نمونه از خاک گلخانه ها به روش مرکب نمونه برداری شدند. بعد از آماده-سازی نمونه ها، اندازه گیری عناصر در آزمایشگاه لب وست کشور استرالیا به روش ICP-MS انجام شد. نتایج بدست آمده از طریق شاخص های زیست محیطی و با در نظر گرفتن مقادیر زمینه طبیعی عناصر و میانه غلظت این عناصر در خاک های دنیا ارزیابی شدند. نتایج نشان می دهد که عناصر Zn، Cd، Mo، As و در مواردی Sb نسبت نه نمونه های زمینه طبیعی منطقه در برخی از نمونه های خاک دارای غنی شدگی متوسط می باشند. پتانسیل زیست دسترس پذیری عناصر مورد نظر با استفاده از محلول 005/0 مولار DTPA تعیین گردید. در بین عناصر بررسی شده Cd و Zn درصد فاز متحرک بالایی، متناسب با کدهای ارزیابی خطر متوسط تا زیاد را نشان دادند. تجزیه منابع آب مورد استفاده در گلخانه های مورد نظر، تنها غنی شدگی ضعیفی از عنصر آنتیموان (متوسط غلظت µg/L 3/39) را نشان می دهد.}, keywords_fa = {عناصر بالقوه سمی,خاک,کشت گلخانه ای,روش استخراج گزینشی یک مرحله‌ای DTPA}, url = {http://www.gsjournal.ir/article_92539.html}, eprint = {http://www.gsjournal.ir/article_92539_e97ea8bfbfdf37d2d4f7bad3849aff02.pdf} }
