Abstract
In this article, a computer simulation program is developed to formulate the variations of ion current intensity in terms of time in mass spectrometry analysis of the elements. The aim of this simulation is to increase the accuracy of isotope ratio measurements. Stocks equations have been used in this simulation. The computer program prepared, fits the best polynomial to the experimental data, calculates the sum of the square errors as the total error of the model and finally plots the diagram of the calculated model along with the experimental data.
