Several post Eocene plutons have intruded into the Eocene volcanic and pyroclastic units and caused hydrothermal alteration and mineralization of gold, copper, lead and zinc. We have applied the Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer (ASTER) data including three visible and near infrared (VNIR), six shortwave infrared (SWIR) and five thermal infrared (TIR) bands to determine the alteration minerals of Hired gold-bearing area. Spectral analysis of the surface reflectance SWIR manifests absorption in 2.20μm and 2.33μm wavelength regions.Absorption at 2.20μm(band6),due to Al-OH anionic agent is consistent with the presence of clay minerals (illite, kaolinite) and sericite, whereas absorption at 2.33μm (band 8) due to Mg-OH anionic agent and carbonates is consistent with the occurrence of chlorite, epidote and calcite minerals. In this study different image processing techniques such as band combination, band ratios transformation, and Binary Encoding were used to identify and delineate the altered minerals accompanied by gold mineralization. The Binary Encoding method was found to be the best image processing technique for delineation of the hydrothermally formed minerals.  Analysis of the spectral emission data in the five TIR bands has provided valuable lithological information. It would not be possible to identify silicified rocks in the nine VNIR+SWIR bands due to the lack of recognizable spectral absorption features in quartz at this wavelength region. We have therefore mapped Quartz-bearing surface deposits as well as hydrothermally silicified rocks in the TIR region by using a band ratio (b11×b11) / (b10×b12) image. The results obtained from ASTER data are compatible with conclusions inferred from petrographic and XRD studies of the surface samples. The ASTER data appear to be useful in mapping hydrothermal alteration and in ore deposit exploration.}, keywords = {Hired Gold,Sistan suture zone,image processing,Thermal Infra Red,ASTER Images}, title_fa = {شناسایی کانی‌های دگرسانی گرمابی(هیدروترمالی) و بخش‌های سیلیسی همراه با کانی‌زایی طلا در ناحیه طلادار هیرد (جنوب بیرجند) با استفاده از داده‌های سنجنده ASTER}, abstract_fa = {       ناحیه ‌طلادار ‌هیرد‌ در حاشیه‌ شمال خاوری پهنه لوت و در‌ مجاورت زمین‌درز سیستان (Sistan suture zone) یا زون فلیش خاور ایران واقع شده است. بخشی از توده‌های نفوذی موجود در این منطقه با  سن پس از ائوسن در واحدهای آتشفشانی(ولکانیکی) و آذرآواری(پیروکلاستیکی) ائوسن نفوذ کرده و سبب دگرسانی و کانه‌زایی طلا، مس، سرب و روی شده‌اند. برای تشخیص کانی‌های دگرسان همراه با کانه‌زایی طلا در محدوده هیرد، از داده‌های سنجنده ASTER استفاده شده است. این سنجنده دارای 3 باند مرئی و مادون قرمز نزدیک(VNIR) ، 6 باند مادون قرمزکوتاه (SWIR) و 5 باند مادون قرمز حرارتی (TIR) است. جذب در محدوده طول موج 2/2 میکرومتر (معادل باند 6 ASTER)، با حضور کانی‌های رسی(ایلیت، کائولینیت) و سریسیت مطابقت داردکه علت وقوع جذب در این محدوده، وجود عامل آنیونی Al-OH است. کانی‌های دارای عامل آنیونی Mg-OH و کربنات‌ها در طول موج 3/2 میکرومتر (معادل باند 8 ASTER) جذب مشخصی نشان می‌دهند. بنابراین با استفاده از باند 8  می‌توان کانی‌های کلریت، اپیدوت و کلسیت را تشخیص داد. در این تحقیق، از روش‌های مختلف پردازش تصویر (ترکیب باندی، تبدیلات نسبت باندی و روشBinary Encoding ) برای شناسایی و تفکیک کانی‌های دگرسانی مرتبط با کانی‌زایی طلا استفاده شد و روش Binary Encoding به عنوان یک روش موفق برای تفکیک دقیق‌تر کانی‌های دگرسان تشخیص داده شد. به کمک تحلیل باندهای مادون قرمز حرارتی نیز می‌توان اطلاعات سنگ‌شناسی مفیدی به‌دست آورد؛ زیرا شناسایی سنگ‌های سیلیسی در محدوده VNIR+SWIR امکان‌پذیر نمی‌باشد که علت این امر، عدم وجود اشکال جذبی مشخص برای کوارتز در این محدوده طول موجی می‌باشد. در این مطالعه برای شناسایی بخش‌های سیلیسی همراه با کانه‌زایی طلا، از محدوده TIR سنجنده ASTER و از نسبت باندی Qi= (b11*b11)/(b10*b12) استفاده شده است. مقایسه نتایج حاصل از این پردازش‌ها با نتایج به دست آمده از مطالعه مقاطع نازک و پراش پرتو اشعه ایکس (XRD) مربوط به نمونه‌ها نشان داد که داده‌های ASTER قابلیت خوبی در شناسایی مناطق دگرسان دارند. }, keywords_fa = {طلای هیرد,زمین‌درز سیستان,پردازش تصویر,مادون قرمز حرارتی,تصاویر ASTER}, url = {http://www.gsjournal.ir/article_57387.html}, eprint = {http://www.gsjournal.ir/article_57387_4e4934625353355b4245c3816a417320.pdf} }
