It is the most important reservoir unit after Asmari Formation in Iran. Petrography of microscopic thin sections in studied wells led to determination of nine microfacies that deposited in 3 sub-environments; restricted lagoon, lagoon-open marine and shoal in an interior part of carbonate ramp. Petrographic studies revealed that since deposition, the Sarvak Formation experienced several diagenetic realms including  marine, meteoric, burial and telogenetic diagenetic environments. Location of the studied wells shows that the relative depth of the Sarvak Formation ramp decreases from the east to the west. Also, the results show that the Sarvak reservoir quality affected by various diagenetic processes such as micritization, dissolution, dolomitization, cementation, stilolitization and fracturing. These diagenetic successions are mainly restricted to the upper and lower parts of the Cenomanian-Turonian disconformity. Meteoric water infiltration below this disconform boundary and related karstification led to development of moldic and vuggy porosity a long with reservoir quality increase. Based on the sequence stratigraphic study, three third-order sequences were recognized in the middle Cenomanian to middle Turonian part of the formation. The results of this research show that the reservoir quality distribution in this unit is primarily controlled by depositional facies so that the rudist microfacies (grainstone, floatstones and rudstones) have the best primary reservoir qualities though, it has also been drastically improved by dissolution in paleoexposure surface}, keywords = {Sarvak Formation,Kupal Oilfield,Diagenesis,Sedimentary Environment,Sequence Stratigraphy}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر محیط رسوبی و فرایندهای دیاژنزی بر کیفیت مخزنی سازند سروک در چارچوب چینه‌نگاری سکانسی، میدان نفتی کوپال}, abstract_fa = {سازند سروک، واحد کربناته ستبری است که در بخش شمال خاوری سکوی عربی در کرتاسه میانی تشکیل شده است و در حوضه زاگرس چین‎خورده گسترش زیادی دارد. پس از سازند آسماری دومین سنگ مخزن مهم میدانهای نفتی مناطق جنوبی و جنوب باختر ایران به شمار میرود که بخش قابل توجهی از ذخایر هیدروکربنی را میزبانی می‌کند. سنگ‌نگاری مقاطع نازک میکروسکوپی این سازند در چاههای مورد مطالعه، به شناسایی 8 ریزرخساره انجامید که در 3 زیرمحیط تالاب محدود شده، تالاب- دریای باز و پشته زیرآبی، در بخشهای داخلی یک سکوی کربناته روقارهای نهشته شدهاند. با توجه به موقعیت چاههای مورد مطالعه، در میدان نفتی کوپال، از خاور به باختر، حوضه ژرفتر شده است. همچنین بر پایه یافته‌های این مطالعه، فرایندهای دیاژنزی مهمی شامل میکریتی شدن، انحلال، دولومیتی شدن، سیمانی شدن، استیلولیتی شدن، نوشکلی و شکستگی، کربناتهای این سازند را تحت تأثیر قرار دادهاند. توالی دیاژنزی این سازند مربوط به دو بخش بالا و پایین مرز سنومانین- تورونین است. نفوذ آبهای جوی در زیر مرز سنومانین- تورونین و تأثیر فرایند انحلال سبب گسترش تخلخل حفرهای و قالبی و در نتیجه موجب بالا رفتن پتانسیل مخزنی این بخش شده است.  بررسی‎های چینه‎نگاری سکانسی به شناسایی 3 سکانس رسوبی رده سوم انجامیده است.}, keywords_fa = {سازند سروک,میدان نفتی کوپال,دیاژنز,محیط رسوبی,چینه‎نگاری سکانسی}, url = {http://www.gsjournal.ir/article_63844.html}, eprint = {http://www.gsjournal.ir/article_63844_6732d9d1d21ecceaa01b80222115429a.pdf} }
