In this paper, the impact of underground water on production costs and mining process has been investigated. For this purpose, the parameter specific crushing(S_cr ), measured and used. To evaluate mining operation in dry and wet conditions of database in two parts of production costs and mining operations of two blasts, holes with diameter of 6 inches were created. The difference of two different conditions of mining in increasing production costs and reducing production performance is observed such that the costs including drilling cost, blast cost, total drilling and blast costs, loading cost are increased respectively, equal to 83.33, 450, 266.67 and 200 percent in wet mining conditions compared with dry conditions. Rock crushing cost due to crushing amount is almost similar in both conditions. Also, wet mining conditions cause reducing the production yield of Sarcheshmeh copper mine such that production performance in sections including special loading and index specific mining operations unit has been decreased respectively, equal to 33.34 and 198.85 percent compared to dry conditions. In order not to use waterproof explosives, improvement of mining operations index and reduction of project production costs, it is necessary to determine the model of underground water of Sarcheshmeh copper mine. Desirable mining operation will be provided with lower cost with sustainable development by drainage of underground water in open pit mines.}, keywords = {Underground water,blast operations,mining conditions,production costs,Sarcheshmeh copper mine}, title_fa = {بررسی تاثیر آب‌های زیرزمینی بر روی هزینه‌های تولید و عملیات معدن‌کاری در معادن روباز، مطالعه موردی: معدن مس سرچشمه}, abstract_fa = {در معادن روباز استخراج ماده‌‌معدنی با حداقل قیمت و کیفیت مطلوب مهم‌ترین هدف معدن‌کاری است. در این مقاله تاثیر آب زیرزمینی بر روی هزینه‌های تولید و فرآیند معدن‌کاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. به این منظور پارامتر سنگ‌شکنی ویژه (S_cr)، معرفی، اندازه‌گیری و مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای ارزیابی عملیات معدن‌کاری در شرایط خشک و مرطوب پایگاه داده در دو بخش هزینه‌های تولید و عملیات معدن‌کاری دو انفجار، چال‌های با قطر 6 اینچ ایجاد شد. اختلاف دو شرایط متفاوت معدن‌کاری در افزایش هزینه‌های تولید و کاهش عملکرد تولید مشاهده می‌شود. به طوری که هزینه‌های شامل هزینه حفاری، هزینه انفجار، مجموع هزینه حفاری و انفجار، هزینه بارگیری به ترتیب برابر با 33/83، 450، 67/266 و 200 درصد در شرایط معدن‌کاری مرطوب نسبت به شرایط خشک افزایش داشته است. هزینه سنگ‌شکنی به خاطر مقدار خردشدگی تقریبا مشابه در دو شرایط، یکسان بوده است. همچنین شرایط معدن‌کاری مرطوب باعث کاهش عملکرد تولید معدن مس سرچشمه را در پی داشته است به طوری که عملکرد تولید در بخش‌های شامل بارگیری ویژه و شاخص عملیات واحد معدن‌کاری ویژه به ترتیب برابر با 34/33 و 85/198 درصد نسبت به شرایط خشک کاهش داشته است. به منظور عدم استفاده از مواد منفجره ضد آب، بهبود شاخص عملیات معدن‌کاری و کاهش هزینه‌های تولید پروژه تعیین مدل آب زیرزمینی معدن مس سرچشمه امر ضروری است. با زهکشی آب زیرزمینی در معادن روباز، عملیات معدن‌کاری مطلوب با هزینه کمتر همراه با توسعه پایدار فراهم خواهد شد.}, keywords_fa = {آب زیرزمینی,عملیات انفجار,شرایط معدن‌کاری,هزینه های تولید,معدن مس سرچشمه}, url = {http://www.gsjournal.ir/article_79558.html}, eprint = {http://www.gsjournal.ir/article_79558_4b8e9b7e286454fb3af871591922d7db.pdf} }
