چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه بررسی میزان غلظت فلزات سنگین در محصول برنج شالیزارهای شهرستان ساری است. در این پژوهش از 32 ایستگاه از بخش دانه خوراکی برنج (Seed) نمونه‌برداری انجام گرفت. سپس جهت بررسی ارتباط خاک - گیاه در 6 ایستگاه از خاک پای گیاه برنج و دیگر بخش‌های گیاه مانند ریشه، ساقه، برگ و سبوس نیز نمونه برداشت شد. نمونه‌های خاک پس از آماده‌سازی به روش استاندارد توسط دستگاه ICP-OES و نمونه‌های گیاه نیز پس از آماده‌سازی به روش استاندارد توسط دستگاه ICP-MS مورد تجزیه شیمیایی قرار گرفتند. نتایج تجزیه شیمیایی نمونه‌های برنج نشان داد که میزان جیوه به طور معمول حدود 07/0 پی‌پی‌ام است و در برخی مناطق به صورت نقطه‌ای (30 درصد نمونه‌ها) غلظت تا حدود 09/0 پی‌پی‌ام می‌رسد. میزان غلظت عنصر سرب به طور میانگین 91/0 پی‌پی‌ام است که این حد نزدیک به حد مجاز است. عناصر آرسنیک، کادمیم، نیکل و روی نیز در تعداد محدودی از نمونه‌ها انحراف از میزان معمول غلظت را نشان می‌دهند. نتایج بررسی‌ها منشأ عنصر سرب را ناشی از مصرف کودشیمیایی روی در مزارع و شالیزارهای برنج تأیید می‌نماید. میزان غلظت آرسنیک در منطقه عیسی‌خندق انحراف از میزان معمول بالایی نشان می‌دهد. غلظت در عیس‌خندق 15/1 پی‌پی‌ام است که انحراف بالایی را از سطح طبیعی معرفی می‌کند. افزون بر این، غلظت عناصر کمیاب در محصولات برنج در مناطق مختلف شهرستان ساری در مقایسه با محصولات برنج در برخی از شهرهای کشورهای خارجی، همبستگی بالایی برای کروم (Cr)، کبالت (Co)، آرسنیک (As)، منیزیم (Mg)، منگنز (Mn)، سدیم (Na)، و روی (Zn) نشان می‌دهد.
