چکیده

حرکات دامنه‌ای و به‌طور خاص زمین‌لغزش‌ها از جمله مخاطرات طبیعی هستند که تا حد زیادی رخداد، کنترل یا پیشگیری از آنها در اختیار بشر است. پر واضح است که دخالت‌های انسان در طبیعت بدون در نظر گرفتن شرایط پایداری و تعادل طبیعی آن، سبب بروز واکنش‌های فیزیکی از سوی این محیط برای بازگشت به حالت تعادلی و پایدار می‌شود. خسارت‌های ناشی از رخداد زمین‌لغزش‌ها که در دهه‌های اخیر روند رو به رشدی داشته؛ بشر را وادار به یافتن راهکارهای مناسب برای کاهش و کنترل این پدیده کرده است. پهنه‌بندی مناطق حساس به لغزش از جمله پرکاربردترین روش‌ها برای دوری جستن از مناطق دارای خطر یا اعمال روش‌های کنترلی در مناطق پرخطر است. این پژوهش برای پهنه‌بندی حساسیت زمین‌لغزش در منطقه چهارگوش قزوین-رشت از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی استفاده می‌کند. منطقه مورد بررسی به لحاظ شرایط توپوگرافی، اقلیمی و زمین‌شناسی، یکی از مستعدترین مناطق برای رخداد زمین‌لغزش‌هاست؛ چنان که تاریخچه منطقه 338 زمین‌لغزش ثبت ‌شده را نشان می‌دهد. 15 متغیر که به‌طور متناوب در دیگر پژوهش‌ها به‌عنوان متغیرهای مؤثر در رخداد زمین‌لغزش‌ها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته‌اند؛ برای بررسی این منطقه انتخاب شد. با تلفیق این متغیرها و نقشه زمین‌لغزش‌های موجود، مقادیر هر یک از این 15 متغیر برای نقاط لغزشی استخراج شد. در مرحله بعد تعدادی نقطه به‌صورت تصادفی (1000 نقطه) از منطقه انتخاب و مقادیر این 15 متغیر نیز برای آنها استخراج شد. هر کدام از دو مجموعه داده به دودسته آموزش (70%) و امتحان (%30) تقسیم شد. هر کدام از دو دسته آموزشی و امتحان با یکدیگر ترکیب و از خروجی آنها برای آموزش و امتحان شبکه استفاده شد. تعداد لایه‌های داخلی شبکه عصبی با روش سعی و خطا و محاسبه مقدار خطای جذر میانگین مربعات (RMSE=0.4041) (9 لایه) تعیین شد. شبکه عصبی ساخته ‌شده از نوع شبکه پیش‌خور با الگوریتم پس‌انتشار خطا و الگوریتم آموزشی آن از نوع الگوریتم آموزشی پس انتشار لونبرگ-مارکوارت است. پس از آموزش و امتحان شبکه و انجام تصحیحات لازم روی آن، از این شبکه عصبی ساخته ‌شده برای پیش‌بینی حساسیت زمین‌لغزش در منطقه مورد مطالعه استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از پیش‌بینی در بازه میان 0 تا 1 قرار داده شد و با انتخاب یک حد آستانه بهترین نقشه پهنه‌بندی حساسیت زمین‌لغزش به دست آمد. ارزیابی پایانی نقشه پهنه‌بندی حساسیت زمین‌لغزش در منطقه چهارگوش قزوین- رشت، خطایی در حدود (RMSE=0.4164) نشان می‌دهد و شبکه عصبی ساخته ‌شده از 338 زمین‌لغزش رخ ‌داده در منطقه، 298 مورد را در پهنه پرخطر و کاملاً پرخطر شناسایی می‌کند که نشان از دقت 1/88 % آن دارد.
