چکیده

     سازند شیرگشت یکی از واحدهای پرفسیل ایران مرکزی است که در محل برش الگو در قالب سه پاره سازند (غیررسمی) معرفی شده است. این سازند به طور عمده شامل سنگ­آهک، مارن، سیلت­سنگ، شیل و دولومیت بوده که به‌ صورت هم‌شیب و با گذر ظاهراً تدریجی بر روی سنگ‌آهکهای حاوی فسیل بازوپایان (Billingsella limestone) بخش بالایی سازند درنجال قرار گرفته است و خود توسط سنگهای آتشفشانی و سنگ‌آهکهای‌ ماسه‌دار حاوی فسیل­ بخش زیرین سازند نیور پوشیده می‌شود.
به منظور انجام مطالعات زیست­چینه­نگاری و میکروپالئونتولوژی براساس کنودونتهای موجود، 99 نمونه سنگی مناسب از پاره سازندهای اول و دوم برش الگوی سازند شیرگشت برداشت شد. زیای کنودونتی به دست آمده از بخش زیرین پاره­سازند اول آن، گونه­هایی ازWestergaardodina  Furnishina, و Prooneotodus را شامل  می­شود که شاخص زمان کامبرین پـسـین هـستند. وجود گـونه­های مـختلفی از جـنسهای Cordylodus,Oistodus, Drepanodus Proconodontus, وParoistodusدر فاصله بخـــش میانی پاره­سازند اول تا اواخر پاره­سازند دوم این برش هم نشان‌دهنـــــده زمان ترمادوسین ـ آرنیگین برای این سازند است.
مطالعه کنـودونتهای سازند شـیرگـشت در مـحل برش الـگو حـاکـی از وجود هـفت زیست‌زون تـجمعـی کنـودونتـی (Conodont Assemblage Zone) است که سن کامـبرین پـسیـن ـ اردوویـسیـن پـیشیـن را برای پاره سازندهای اول و دوم آن نشان می­دهند. زیست‌زونهای تشخیص داده شده در این پاره‌سازندها عبارتند از:
1. Furnishina - Westergaardodina  Assemblage Zone.
2. Proconodontus - Oneotodus Assemblage Zone.
3. Cordylodus  proavus - Cordylodus  oklahomensis  Assemblage Zone.
4. Cordylodus  lindstromi  Assemblage Zone.
5. Cordylodus  angulatus  Assemblage Zone.
6. Drepanodus - Paltodus  deltifer  Assemblage Zone.
7.Paroistodus  proteus  Assemblage Zone.
                   
زیست‌زونهای کنودونتی فوق، معادل زیست‌زونهای استاندارد جهانی Cordylodus spp. Deltifer, و Proteus  می­باشند. برخلاف نوشته­های پیشین که گذر کامبرین ـ اردویسین را در حد فاصل سازندهای درنجال و شیرگشت معرفی می­کردند، این مرز درون پاره­سازند اول این سازند قرار گرفته است و لذا سازند شیرگشت در محل برش الگو، یک سازند دو زمانه است.
